Detailed Description

Our privately owned detached villa is located at Crescent Lakes off Poinciana Blvd, a residential community within easy reach of all major attractions. The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. A short drive will also take you to one of the many golf courses in and around the local area.

Approximately 60 minutes drive takes you to Kennedy Space Centre, which is a fascinating day out. For the sun worshippers the spectacular beaches on the Gulf Coast are a must and for those who fancy a bit more of a drive there are some splendid places to visit along the coastline and also the Florida Keys. There are a large variety of restaurants to suit most tastes and numerous shopping malls and discount centres.

The villa is approximately 35 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, which is the closest and most convenient. However other alternatives are Sanford (approx 60 minutes) Tampa (approx 60 minutes) and Miami (approx 4 hours).

The Villa

The villa, with near 2,000 sq ft of living space, is on 2 storeys. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living/family room, double garage and large private deck area, containing 30 x 15 pool, tables, chairs, sun loungers and ceiling fan.

Living/Family Room This room has comfy furniture, Satelite TV, hi-fi and patio doors giving access to the deck and pool. This is a large room and is open planned with the dining area and kitchen. The ceiling stretches to the roof of the building with a high window enhancing the lighting of the room, the roof is also equipped with a fan.

Kitchen Area This area comes complete with fully fitted modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and many other modern conveniences, also supplied are pots pans and hopefully anything else you may require for cooking and eating whist at the villa.

Dining Area Dining table, with patio doors leading to deck and pool area with additional space for eating.

Master Bedroom (overlooking lake and pool) King size bed, satelite TV, walk in closet dresser large en-suite with corner bath and large shower. Double wash basins and separate toilet. Large walk in closet. Patio doors lead to the deck and pool area.

Swimming Pool/deck area (overlooking lake)The swimming pool is 30 x 15 and is regularly maintained. Heating is available at an extra cost if required. There is underwater seating and lighting, attached to the pool is a jacuzzi/spa for added enjoyment.
